Next up: semis
Roger has made it to the semi-finals in Halle Open with a 6-4, 6-4 victory over Marco Baghdatis of Cyprus, extending his winning streak on grass to 57!
A break per set was just perfect to take home the match. Baghdatis, working with Roger’s former coach Peter Lundgren since two weeks, saw three break-balls in the sixth game – but was not able to seize the opportunity. Otherwise, Roger was never really in danger, showing a solid performance.
Roger will face Germany's Nicolas Kiefer in the semi-finals on Saturday. Kiefer booked his place in the last four after France's Michael Llodra retired just 19 minutes into their quarter-final contest with a left arm injury. Roger has won 10 of the 13 matches against Kiefer and all of their nine last encounters.

Let's see tomorrow
